As the marketing designer at Waggle Golf, I’m responsible for the visual strategy and execution behind product launches, promotions, and events across digital and in-store channels. I create high-impact social media ads, email campaigns, store signage, and website/app updates that shape how our audience engages with the brand. From animating ads for Black Friday to crafting memorable in-store signage, I ensure a cohesive brand presence that resonates with customers. I also manage print production across multiple locations and continually seek ways to elevate Waggle’s brand experience.
Email Campaign Design
I design all of Waggle's email campaigns to showcase product launches, collections, sales, and in-person events, all delivered through Klaviyo. Waggle's emails are delivered to 130,000+ subscribers. I focus on creating a visually engaging and cohesive experience that resonates with our audience, blending Waggle’s energetic brand identity with key product features and benefits.
Event Activation Design
I design and order print signs for all Waggle Golf events, including store promotions, interactive in-store experiences, and our annual 24-hour Challenge Fundraiser. I designed our 24-hour Challenge Fundraiser website in Classy and using custom code. A key aspect of print design in my role is enhancing in-person customer interactions with our products. Our items have a memorable, tangible quality that doesn’t always translate online, making in-store engagement especially important.
App Design
Waggle's loyal customer base makes most purchases on a mobile device, so it was a logical step to create an app. I worked with an external partner to design and layout the shopping experience via the Waggle app. Since the launch date, the app has received 3,000+ individual downloads.
Black Friday Paid Ad Campaign
Black Friday is Waggle’s biggest sale of the year, running for three weeks. I developed over 150 ads for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube, ensuring a cohesive look across all platforms. The ads featured a mix of text-only designs, lifestyle photos, animations, and overlays on social content, all following a "less is more" approach to maximize impact. Below are a handful of the ads used. Repetition was key to testing various images and copy for effectiveness.
Black Friday Email Campaign
To accompany the paid media promotions, I designed several emails to promote our sale to subscribers. We gave subscribers the option to opt out of these promotional emails in a clever way that recognizes customers are often bombarded at this time.
