
At Waggle, my design work spans every brand touchpoint—digital, retail, and experiential. I lead multi-channel campaigns that include paid ads, email marketing, and organic social content like behind the brand storytelling, thumbnails, and event promotions. In-store and activation design ranges from signage and A-frames to custom stickers, posters, and acrylic displays. I also manage ongoing updates to the website and app via Shopify, refreshing visuals and content to align with each launch. Beyond campaigns, I’ve created trade show displays, mailers, seasonal promotions, and full-scale branding projects like Waggle’s first brand guidelines and our loyalty program.




















Brand Guidelines
I created Waggle’s first official brand guidelines, defining core elements like typography, color systems, logo usage, photography, iconography, and tone of voice. This comprehensive guide ensures consistency across all touchpoints, from social to packaging, and continues to evolve as the brand grows. I regularly update this document to reflect new campaigns, products, and creative direction.

Campaign Launches
For each product drop, I design and execute a multi-channel campaign—covering email, paid ads, organic social, website/app updates, and in-store materials. I create teaser, launch, and post-launch emails in Illustrator, upload them to Klaviyo, and design ad variations using text, patterns, and lifestyle imagery to test performance. On social, I produce carousels, Reel thumbnails, and retail collateral like event headers, stickers, and signage. I also refresh the website and app with updated imagery and copy to ensure a cohesive, engaging experience across all touchpoints.








Paid Ad Design
I create 100+ paid ads per campaign, varying from text-focused designs, lifestyle imagery, and pattern-based sets. This variety helps test different creative angles and see what resonates best across platforms.







Email Campaign Design
I design all of Waggle’s email campaigns from teasers and launches to sales, collection showcases, and event promos delivered through Klaviyo to over 130,000 subscribers. Each campaign includes teaser emails to build anticipation, a launch announcement, and follow-ups tailored to different audiences. These are segmented based on demographics and locations to ensure relevant messaging. I create these emails in Illustrator, focusing on a visually engaging and cohesive experience that blends Waggle’s brand identity with key product features and benefits.

App Design
Waggle’s loyal customer base primarily shops on our mobile site, so launching an app was a natural next step. I worked with Tapcart to design and structure the shopping experience within the Waggle app, which integrates directly with our Shopify platform. When designing for the app, we prioritized user experience while factoring in seasonality and product exclusivity to create an engaging mobile shopping experience.









Black Friday 2024 Campaign - Digital Ads, Store Signage, & Emails
For Waggle’s biggest sale of 2024, running three weeks, I developed 150+ ads across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. The ads combined text-only designs, lifestyle photos, animations, and social overlays, following a “less is more” approach for maximum impact. Alongside paid media, I designed promotional emails featuring a unique opt-out option that respects customers’ email fatigue during this busy season.
